This policy covers the public website only. If you later sign a lease, a separate resident file and any required HUD or agency notices will apply to that tenancy.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us:

• Name, email address, and optional phone number.
• The content of your message, including any housing-assistance program you mention.
• Technical data the browser sends (IP address, user agent) to our hosting provider when you load a page or submit a form.
• Cookie preferences you set in the consent banner (essential storage; optional analytics only if you accept).

Do not submit Social Security numbers, dates of birth, bank details, medical records, income documents, or full voucher or case numbers through this website. We will not ask for that information here.

3. How we use information

• To reply to inquiries and waitlist requests you submit.
• To contact you about housing availability if you opt in to the waitlist.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.
• To comply with law, including fair-housing recordkeeping.

Legal bases, where a privacy statute requires one: your consent (forms and optional cookies), our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and legal obligation.

4. How messages are delivered

Contact and waitlist forms are emailed to info@kiwiurbanliving.com using FormSubmit, a form-to-email processor. Their terms apply to that transmission. The first submission may send a confirmation email that must be accepted before further messages are delivered.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who host this site or deliver email, with a housing agency if you ask us to coordinate a specific unit, or when required by law.

5. Phone and email contact

If you check the consent box, you agree that we may email you and, if you provided a number, call you about that inquiry. Consent is not a condition of applying for housing. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of promotional emails by writing info@kiwiurbanliving.com. Transactional replies to an inquiry you sent are not marketing.

6. Cookies

Essential cookies or local storage remember your cookie choice and keep the site working. Analytics cookies run only if you choose “Accept all.” You can change your choice by clearing this site’s data in your browser and reloading.

7. Retention

Inquiry emails are kept as long as needed to respond and as reasonably required for our records and legal obligations, then deleted or archived. Waitlist addresses are kept until you ask to be removed or the list is closed.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Email info@kiwiurbanliving.com to make a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

This website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We use HTTPS and limit what the public forms can collect. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure. Do not send sensitive identity documents through this site.
